The culture since then has been shifting to a better more positive experience. Their push for safety, quality, and a huge step towards a new a vibrant management. The corporation provides around 7000 employees on the West Coast.
1.5While there are a lot of nice, hard working people employed here, upper management needs to be more respectful and accountable. The newest HR Manager is dishonest and arrogant, she does not bother to know or follow the company's policies. The benefits are decent but the pay is low for those of us doing all the hard labor.
