"Millat Industries is a solid company and has been since 1966. The owners of the company are proud of the culture and systems they have created over the years. Any person who works at this company will have the same level of satisfaction I have had over the past 4.5 years."

"The company is run by 3 generations of family and there is only tow levels between me and the top. I have no further growth opportunity."

"They are growing fast, however the growth of their staff resources has diminished since the economic downturn. I would suggest they start strengthening their staff level resources in order to maintain their commitment to quality, service, and delivery."
