"Great people and clear expectations for delivering results. Huge amount of resources are available to those who seek them out, you are responsible for going beyond your own training. Good benefits, biggest downside is constant layoffs and "restructures," which means a lot of lateral moves that hamper career development, not helped by stifling time requirements in each role."

"I've worked for MillerCoors since 2017. Though the company is undergoing lots of change, including an exit from manufacturing in California, the leadership is consistent in its messaging to employees and provides ample opportunity to move and to move up for those interested. Overall I feel very well taken care of."

"Too much work, lack of communication and appreciation. Pay was not based on skills."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be careful what you ask for. They expect all but admins to be available 24/7. Working for a beer company is not as great ass you think it would be."

What don't you like about working at MillerCoors?

"The pay is very low for the level of work. My supervisor could not even do the work I was accomplishing. You have to kiss up to retain a job."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would not restructure my company everytime my numbers went down. I would keep good employees with proven track records rather than hire college graduates. I would have less meetings and communicate better."

What do you like about working at MillerCoors?

"A good company. Very passionate people working hard to produce and promote great products. A demanding job which I enjoyed working with so many talented people. Well worth every minute of my time, even when working long hours."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Know it is a very good company. Ask lots of questions with everyone you meet as well during the interview process. Quickly learn and recognize current challenges to be overcome. Learn the plan to achieve goals. Be prepared to offer perspective from past experiences which may contribute to their current needs."

What don't you like about working at MillerCoors?

"The joint venture transition lost a great amount of focus on tasks to win in the marketplace. It was very apparent with many management persons an emphasis was placed in lobbying for protecting positions and alignments or relationships towards personal protection vs. what may have been best for the company. This trickled down very quickly into the ranks and impacted productivity."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I believe many will learn from both wins and errors in judgement and decision making during the transition. Confront, correct and adjust quickly instead of falling back on what it is now."
