"Don't! The corporate office has had a number of layoffs lately with no real explanation of why."

What don't you like about working at Mission Foods?

"No upper management communication. Upper management works in a vacuum and does not share with the lower ranks. Also, if you don't speak spanish, half the time you will not know what is being said."

"Tell employees what's happening within the organization. Why layoffs Why are so many people leaving"

"Most days the job consists of very hard work and sometimes you will be working for up to 14 hours a day."

"lot of room to move up if you become break relief first. The reason you want to become a break relief first is so you can learn how to oporate all the machines."
