"There were a lot of good and dedicated employees who are/were taking advantage of but not used to their fullest extent. You would go outside the comapny to fill a void instead of looking at all available inside employees."

"Clean house upper management at the time I was they claimed to have real world experience but actually didn't have much most of them spent money like rock stars and played on the company dime .Advice from me Quit adding so much fly ash it makes the product weak,there should be a reason why your product is better than the rest isn't 90 profit enough The company really fell apart after some of the UK managers left or passed away.All statements above excluded Sandra H and Mike Penny"
