"Don't bother, go work in private sector, especially if you're working in computer technology."

"Bureaucracy, incompetent contractors in Houston, poor management decisions specifically with regards to technology, corruption between contractors and the government."

"None, these problems can't be solved in a government agency, that's why I left."

"Yes, they will ask a lot of tech questions, be ready for that."

"One of my suggestions I have for a management is to have less meetings and more jobs done."

"Good intentions but lack of leadership. Good ideas often die without support due to regulations and politics; a benevolent tyrant is often needed to succeed."

"Leadership is needed beyond what is currently available; decisions must be made and then enforced."

"Really have no suggestions, I was there for a couple of clearly defined tasks which I completed and then moved on. I did not have a lot of exposure to NASA's direct management."
