"The amazing company for which I worked as a remote employee was acquired by NEP. NEP was not very receptive to us as remote employees. The objective was to recruit and enroll students whether or not the institution was a good fit. Many of our leads, had in fact, never requested information and were extremely vocal about our harassing calls which were made at least four times a day. Unfortunately, the opinion and insight of the employee were not valued by the administration, we were expected to perform like robots. The remote positions in my department were eventually eliminated. NEP needs to do more to add value to potential students and current employees."
