"The maintenance manager as other facility wants to save money cutting costs but not evaluating the age of the equipment and the lack of parts and firing all the talent needed to be used inside their group. People are misled with the manager of maintenance and his poor vision of all technical aspects being needed. Power and will of the position title is not the deal is delivering positive results through the maintenance group. Poor leadership with false promises and delivering false graphics of real negative results."
