I liked dealing with clients, being the liason and dealing with the federal government (sba), processing loans, micro-managing a small office, providing executive support to the president of a company, etc."

"The managers were biased and petty, they shifted blam and work responsibilities for personal gain, they did not give respect when it was due nor acknowledge a good job done. Tried to make me feel inferior and under qualified for my position when it was clear I was doing great."

"Give respect where respect is due, acknowledge and encourage productivity and a pleasant work environment, Treat everyone fair and equal."
