"Not a very loyal company, VP of IT creates a lot of paranoia and drama. If you play the game and brown nose and don't care about being treated fairly then you will be fine. You can't just keep to yourself or you are seen as a problem. You are basically forced to be involved in office politics. Other departments seem to be better, but not IT."
