"The leadership and Upper Management "team" of this place is a disgrace and a joke! Many good people and their families have paid a large price due to the lack of integrity at the CEO position and the shared fear and refusal to deal with an incompetent, unstable General Manager. A small time operation that somehow succeeds in spite of the leadership, not because of them. Minnesota arrogance has cost a lot of good people and quality Managers enough over the years and many will continue to pay the price. Good employees from the past and present deserve a lot better! Karma will eventually come calling."
"The production workforce of Norwesco are good groups of people that make a good product. The company succeeds because of them and in spite of the leadership. The company is now run by an individual that came from privilege and possess a lot of the same characteristics as the retired CEO. Unfortunately he shares the same weaknesses as well, the largest is the desire to keep his head in the sand regarding the companies largest assets, the employees. Middle Manages and production people are subjected daily to harassment and unprofessional behavior by the General Manager, who is mentally challenged at best. The HR executive has no idea regarding company policies and benefits and possesses little integrity and no ambition to speak up when employees are being wronged. Career minded individuals would be best served staying far away!"
"I've worked at Norwesco for almost 30 years. It has always had challenges, however the passive aggressive atmosphere that starts at the very top with the CEO has destroyed what was once a pleasant company that cared for its employees. The General Manager is mentally unstable and uses the position to harass and disrespect anyone he has a vendetta against. HR dept. is a complete joke!"
"good work ethics!"
