"Everything was great until the Jewish hospital merged with OLOP and changed upper management."

"With the new change in management and the DON that made the allegation against me is no longer there, things have changes, as my former staff stated The new DON used to work with me as a nurse manager at OLOP."
What don't you like about working at Our Lady of Peace?
"After the merger, all the middle management was not allowed to be part of the team. I was told by the new DON I would be next to go, and 1 year later I was."

"To Treat everyone with respect and as a member of the team and allow people to give input on allegations made against them."

"Although, it is a great place to work, the military organizational chart is heavy on the top."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Last July the immediate management changed with the deployment of soldiers. The former management some suggestions would have been improve the communication skills with the clinic. The present management is extremely supportive with great communication skills"
