"I worked for NWFCU for roughly one year and found the company to be full of hardworking people. There is a good work environment."
"The fellow employees work hard and deserve praise to complete every task. I found that the management (upper and middle) did not seem to realize the level of pressure they put on employees. One example, they arranged to update the software at a very busy time, when there was extremely high call volume due to tech issues due to the change, an audit, PPP loan servicing, and regular servicing. They did not seem to have an understanding of how long each task could take to process. They would ask for an employee to create job aides on a system that would not be in use within 60 days. Which causes distrust and confusion. There was a laptop provided to employees, but we were told that we could not use it during inclement weather if we felt we needed to stay at home. Again, the fellow workers are very dedicated to providing excellent service."
"I have worked for NWFCU for 3 years. They are a great company."
"Management is very understanding and work with you to bring you onboard to current projects in a well established manner. The team i worked with was very friendly and talented. I learned a lot from the seasoned developers and got to collaborate on numerous project. The work environment is very welcoming and pleasant."
