"Low pay for a company that's buying everything and always building new offices, no room for advancement unless you know someone, regardless of how good you work, lots of prejudice in people working there. People see what's going on and turn a blind eye so they can keep their job. I have seen a few nurses talk to the patients really bad. Ochsner can't keep employees because they hire so many no good people, always under staffed, new nurses quit every day."
