"If you are told that there is a high chance of you being promoted at a quick rate, know that there is probably a high turnover rate in the position that you are applying for."
What don't you like about working at Life Time Fitness?
"Sometimes the atmosphere is dreary and feels like the management team sets unreasonable goals with an underpaid, understaffed team."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would meet with each individual worker to analyze their opinions of the store, and find out what they feel could be done to improve the facility/work atmosphere. I would then do my best to implement policies to be most effective in meeting the wants of the staff."
