"It's been over 5 years since I left my job at Optima Graphics. I had different jobs at the company in pre-press, production, and customer service. I worked there 5 years. I still have memories of mistreatment that anger me to this day. It wasn't unusual to be yelled at in front of other employees. Once, I had my supervisor throw a 5 foot piece of fabric at me yelling at me about a mistake I had made. I had a supervisor reprimand me in his office in front of his company girlfriend because I wasn't available to her for one of her many demands. Human resources was a slippery slope. If you complained and had documentation, they would put you on record as a trouble maker. They fire so many people. I can't even imagine the stories they have. I was lucky to get out and move on to a happy and productive career."
