The CFO, Mike W. did as he was told to do and I cannot fault him for it. He treated us with respect as we left the company. I have nothing but contempt for Roland S. the founder, since his actions in securing venture capital and subsequent spending and growth decisions caused cautionary inquiries by the CFO which led directly to the loss of 80-100 jobs at Optimal between Nov 2008 - Jan 2009. Never once got an apology or an explanation from him. My suggestion is to eject Roland S. from the board and extract compensation from him for the damage he caused to the company.
