Early on I discovered the direction the company was going which was to be a major health insurance carrier and be a major technology company focused on improving the lives of people. Optum became the technology arm and was willing to invest in new and emerging areas. It was very exciting to see a major company use its assets to aid in research and another area that touched so many people. Great place to work with lots of opportunities."

Understand that because this company is part of the healthcare industry, you will work hard and during the winter and fall months, overtime is mandatory and expected.
