"Get out before they find a reason to fire you. long hours not worth the pay or the stress"

"Berje was a company that cared about their workers and they were very professional about what they put out and it was lots of things, was great."

"What I liked the most was operating the forklift while pulling orders to ship, and also filling the order lines."

"Ask alot of questions. Be yourself and always follow safety guidelines...."
What don't you like about working at American Greetings?
"What I didn't like was the shift, I worked 3rd shift which made it hard for me to see my son. Also the management was not very active and the safety of the plant was not watched very close. You are prone to be laid off at anytime due to the way the greeting card seasons fall."

"My suggestion would be for them to become more active in promoting safety and listening to what their employees have to say."
