I worked for OTJ as project manager and I not only enjoy my job but also I learned a lot from the people with higher rank."

"If I was not laid off I would still work for them and would never leave. I cannot think of anything I did not like about them"

"They can use more people with experience to help those out of school. Perhaps the ratio of newly graducates is too high"
