"Remember, this is a very small company. If you're from a Fortune 500, it could take some getting used to. However working at a smaller company has it's benefits. Luckily, you only have to be yourself when interviewing with the management at OST. If you're honest, motivated and up-beat you'll be a great fit."

"Our delivery team is bored and unmotivated, which hurts overall moral and stifles growth."

"Create innovative new programs to get the teams excited and fired up. Create programs which foster constant improvement to grow revenue and create a more collaborative and production-focused work environment."
