"They lowball everyone especially the 1-3 year level technicians. I only sat in the office for about a month and a half.. heard most of the conversations they had with new hires to the point where I got tired of listening."He's asking for 22per/hr. what should I tell him?'' said a recruiter "Do 17Per/hr, just tell'm we're still discussing rates, or that the employer doesn't know you, its what we have right now or employer just has this rate right now.'' Not much of a future here if you ask me but thats part of there job right, to drop your rate. The contracted companies getting the help would also comment on outsource being expensive and one contractor I know commented "We used outsource and was not good". They don't even offer benefits to there field electricians anymore."
