1.8 Ever since this company changed management years ago, it'as been stagnant and going downhill. Zero growth in years and years, primarily due to poor management, and almost no sales efforts. Extreme nepotism! Money is NOT reinvested in the company.While good atmosphere among peers, literally 100% of all employees gripe about leadership (or lack of).
