"This was once a great company to work for. Around 2012, there was a change in upper management that was not for the better. The thinking was that anyone could do anyone else's job. The new management laid off knowledgeable (and higher paid) art directors and designers only to promote (lower paid) production workers into the vacated art direction positions. Consequently the company has suffered."
"This once was a creative and innovative company. However, as the demand for greeting cards and other paper products has significantly decreased, the company is holding on by a thread."
