"If you're not in their good ol boys club - don't bother applying. POOR management with many silos, bad/no communication between departments, no product management, too much focus on sales while neglecting product advancement, no opportunity for advancement, no acknowledgement for a job well done. It is unfortunate how little Parata values their employees because they have a truly wonderful product."
