"Its a great company to work for but if you are a teacher with more than 3 years but less than 7 you will more than likely be laid off."
What don't you like about working at San Diego Unified School District?
"Education is downsizing all the time. Which makes is tough choices on who to retain employment and who to lay off."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Budget the schools money better than before so layoffs do not become a normal part of every year."

What do you like about working at Trinity Episcopal School?
"My co-workers and students made work fun. Everyday at work was a new experience and challenge, I enjoy a challenge."

"When Interviewing, you need to be honest with not only the interviewers but yourself. If it isn't a good fit for you, don't try to make it."
What don't you like about working at Trinity Episcopal School?
"Teachers always say that we don't teach for the money, that is the truth. Benefits and pay at a private school is a bigger challenge."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I think that management has done a wonderful job in trying to compensate the teachers and staff. They have also been able to put more technology into the curriculum and make Trinity a more desireable place to be."

"I loved the environment and the people that I worked around."

"This is more a mission field than a job you work for a competitive salary."
What don't you like about working at Hayworth Christian School?
"It is a private school leaving the teachers with very few resources."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The management needs to work on keeping teachers by offering more benefits and a more competitive salary."
