"I've worked for Pictage since 2008. It used to be a good company to work for. We had a great team, however, since 2010, the company had big issues with cash flow. The revenue has declining since then. After the new owner took it over in 2012, there have layoffs every quarter. The company is slowly closing down."

"I liked the fact that I was ale to go in and se where change was needed and successfully implement a new billing and payment settlement procedure. I also liked the staff I supervised we had fun getting the work done."

"I know they are going throuhg alot of layoffs right now but if interviewing make sure the job description is clear and adequate."

"Management should be a little more understanding of system problems since they were a start-up company and provide the necessary resources to get the job complete."
