"I've worked at Piedmont Henry for over 2 years now and it has been the best experience ever. My manager is one of the best I have ever had and it truly feels like a family when I come into work. If I were in a higher position here, I would never leave but this position was always a transition for me while I was in graduate school and now it is time to move on and find a position to further my career."

"I work in Piedmont Healthcare 2 years. I had pleasure for working in two departments. After working for 2 years it is not a great place to work. Piedmont is very disorganized and is missing team work. The culture can be very hostile at times. There is also a big turn over. I feel benefits are overpriced and compensation is not that great. Would not recommend."

"Family members of PHS the management firm were unfair and hired and fired who they wished, and had no justification."

"Keep family members out of Nursing Services since they had no healthbcare experience."

"There was always the threat of closing the billing department and sending out to a billing company. Since I have left some of the company has been sold and many jobs lost."

"Management was not responsive to suggestions made by the employees. Job title did not adequately describe the job responsibilities. This is now making it difficult for me in my current job search. Coworkers are very unfriendly and do not easily accept new hires."

"Listen to what employees have to say. We are not just seat fillers. If it were not for the jobs done by the employees it would not be possible for the organization to keep its doors open!"
