"I’ve worked for piedmont mechanical for sometime now. Piedmont mechanical didn’t have any job structure we the people came in everyday and made our own schedule some technician worked some abused the lack of management leadership. I saw after being a business owner for a few years and realized that this company may not make it. I’m just trying to position myself to work for a company that I don’t have to wake up and wonder is today going to be the day they close the doors."
