"I was an employee for Pittsburgh Public Schools from 2007 through 2012. Working with the students of Pittsburgh was an amazing experience that gave me multiple opportunities to grow and advance my own knowledge and skill set. That being said, there is an air of stubbornness and refusal to change found within the PFT (Teachers' union) and it is evident that expansion, creativity, and potential reformation have an extreme up-hill battle to make any successful changes to this district"
