"This company used to be awesome to work for. I liked to compare them with southwest airlines but ever since the CEO stepped down the whole place has gone down the toilette"

"Management has no clue what's going on and other techs that have no clue what their doing"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get your stuff together. Nobody is on the same page. 3 different supervisors all have 3 different answers"
What do you like about working at PlumChoice?
"Juggling calls while trying to work on systems 4 at a time and then trying to meet a sales quota at the same time as you are meeting a service time and quota for repairing computers while chatting with a minimum of 4 computer sessions at a time. Sales expectancy is above 20% more than a high earning sales professional at most companies and while trying to repair computers and concentrate on getting the sale and repairing a computer. is often overwhelming for the employee and gives the customer an underwhelmed performance and service."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"SInce most of the work is remote its great but it isn't relaxing. You will be busy on top of busy. Be ready to juggle 5 customers at a time actively via chat or text while talking on the phone with customers all while trying to keep a sales percentage about a top 20 salespersons average. You will do well if you are good at sales good at multitasking and good at self motivation have a strong bladder and can sit/stand for a long time at a computer."
What don't you like about working at PlumChoice?
"Everything we do is managed and tracked. Yes incluing bathroom breaks. We work from home so you will recieve a message from a supervisor asking you why you time away from the phone system was so long. Not specifially asking about your time in the bathroom and telling you to be more effiecient with time away from phone."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Respond when one of 7-11 employees request to go to lunch or break instead of ignoring the request or not acknoledging it when you do notice."

"I had the opportunity of building a call centre from scratch. It was one of the most enjoyable times I have ever had."

"Be realistic that commission is where you will make the bad salary up."
What don't you like about working at PlumChoice?
"They had no direction. They tried to run by processes but were too small to enact them. They also were changing goals and running out of money often."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Find a goal and stick to it. Being rudderless makes you lose money fast."

"The customers, I had to make up for the companies abuse of them."

"If you have a choice or an option elsewhere or can wait, pass this company up, period. If you work there, be like the smart ones, only till you find something better."

"They abuse their employee's, pay them a fraction of their worth and I felt like an servant. They force you to multitask and lie to the customers. It made me sick."

"They need restructure from the top down. Pay at least U.S. National average for the position and provide proper compensation for the work performed."
