"The post-doc research fellow is not a regular position, it is time for me to move on to a larger and more progressive organization where I can use my polymer science and engineering experience in several different areas to provide technique and support for the business unit by developing new or improving existing products. I am ready to take on more responsibilities."

"The system of the University of Akron is working fluent, I feel I am happy in the University of Akron."
