"Five star secret rating vs. general feedback.When general feedback is positive, five star rating lowers and limits your selling. So you never know who is doing what to your account status."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Making sure the company is fair, honest and supportive. Concerns should be addressed for secret five star ratings to help the company grow. Helpful tips: Non Disclosure can make it difficult to determine where weakness lie, especially when writing ads, as described, and then find hidden agendas hurt your account status."
