"The rate of pay listed here for adjuncts at Pratt is totally erroneous, with the average for adjuncts in a recent pay transparency survey more like 30K. There are a lot of wonderful people at Pratt but over 80% of the faculty are adjuncts, and many are making poverty wages, with either no or absolutely unaffordable healthcare, and little room to move to full time or tenure track positions."
"Amazing place to work, good benefits and excellent management."
"I've worked at Pratt Institute since March 2014 and I enjoy working here and doing my job. I have good coworkers, there is communication between each worker and because of that the workflow is so smooth, but it is not going to help me reach my goals or my dream job."
"A lot of work for little pay"
