"Precision Drilling has actively employed me for the last seven years. I have been blessed to be able to work through two down turns without having to work a lower position. Precision is an outstanding company to work for that really cares but I have plateaued in my position."

"I have worked with Precision for the last 2 years. It is a good company to work for, but when push comes to shove they are more than willing to sacrifice someone's job to prevent lawsuits for faulty or poorly engineered equipment. It also seems to be a buddy system to move up within the company, and not based on merit, at least in the Grand Junction division."
