"Trust your talent to do what it needs to do in order for the company to be successful."

"Customers! I enjoy helping them with all their needs, learning about their lives and recognizing them as they return on a regular basis"

"Must be positive and willing to learn various positions. This is a 24 hour store, so having open availability to work is the key."
What don't you like about working at Dissmore's IGA?
"The systems/programs that we work with in my position do not always function as needed, resulting in less than desired accuracy which is customer affecting."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Find other venues to reach bottom line sales, rather than cutting staff. This is customer service affecting."

What do you like about working at PepsiCo?
"I liked the workload at Pepsi Bottling Group. At first I felt it was overwhelming, but I really enjoy multi-tasking and constantly staying busy so I started appreciating the high volume of work. At PBG, I also acquired a lot of skills in a short amount of time. I am looking forward to expanding my experience in the administrative/clerical/accounting/finance field."

"I would suggest being friendly, comfortable and well-prepared."

"My last job was a really positive experience."

"I would suggest more open communication within departments. Aside from that, my company has great management."
