"No, it was 27 years ago..things have changed alot, including ownership."

What don't you like about working at Community Memorial Hospital?

"No doctors availavble on night shift-on call only. Put into supervisor role as a new grad."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Better orientation to all units."
