"I did not like how the sales representatives' input was not taken into consideration on issues that affected our territories."

"My suggestions for management would be to spend more money on getting Micardis a better position on formularies, stop with the flawed studies and make the IC plan more rewarding for the people on top."

"Be tight and clean. This is big pharma and they have no room for errors."

"Chill out and stop micromanaging. You are making the sales representatives miserable and the atmosphere is horrible."

"There was constant worry about losing your job, pipeline ws weak. Management was always changing."

"Sharpen the sales training. There was little training after year one. The company has had tremendous turnover."
