"I enjoy working for Prince William County though I feel that the compensation and room for growth are very limited. Company policy also needs to be updated, as they are still operating under a traditional nine to five setting."

Prince William County Government Employee

"I've worked with Prince William County Government for 14 years. There has been a lot of change in leadership over that time, but the commitment to helping staff establish and achieve its goals has never wavered. The politics of the Board of Supervisors can be difficult at times, but management does a good job protecting most of staff from those political debates. If money is what motivates you, this would not be the right place. However if you are looking for a place where you can make an immediate impact on a community and see the results of your work, this is a great place to be!"
