What do you like about working at Priority Business Services?
"Great culture and atmosphere. It was a very challenging company to work for with very high levels of expectations. They provided great resources and allowed you to expenses any other resources that were not available."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be mindful of what the current fair market value is paying for job the services that is being provided. Also, do you see growth in the company Where do you see yourself in the next year, 3 years, 5 years."
What don't you like about working at Priority Business Services?
"Extremely low pay and commissions for the profit I generated to the company. The CEO was always up one day and down the next and because of this it limited the growth of the companies department and company as a whole. The company also had a very high level of turn over. Lastly, there was no position for upward movement within the company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would have suggested two things. The first is increase and incentive the employees. Second was separate roles such as Sales, Recruiting, and Account Management. The company never had a full time recruiter on staff for our department. Sales was always the number one focus and because of that many positions went unfilled to our competitors."

"I loved Recruiting there! They had several Sales and Recruiting Incentives that I performed well in."
What don't you like about working at Priority Business Services?
"I would Describe it as a Dictatorship. Also there was mandatory OT. I understand working longer when you're busy but it was a recuirement to come in early and work late regardless of whether you were busy or not."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"to learn to treat employees a little more fairly. Other than that they have a pretty solid operation"
