"RUN! As fast as you can in the opposite direction. I quit this job literally in fear of my life. I am NOT exaggerating."
What don't you like about working at Donovan Dominquez Interactive?
"The owner of the company was EXTREMELY volatile and very unpredictable. One moment he was good to be around, the next moment you were wondering if he'd pull out a gun and shoot you."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get some psychological help. Try to figure out how your treatment of employees leads to the very high turnover your company has."
