"Nothing, this was the worst work experience I ever had."

"Don't bother, unless you're a sadist and enjoy being micro-managed by egomaniacs."

What don't you like about working at University of Alabama?

"Everything; the lack of support from management, the unethical behavior, the expectation that you will be a robotic machine and be willing to take the blame for the actions of others."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Grow up and stop playing nanny, welfare state to the cry baby professors."

"Loved the Co-Workers, Really enjoyed creating relationships with Vendors, Customers and Clients. Liked the location of office. Like the ability to travel. Even enjoyed the long hours ."

What don't you like about working at TFE Logistics Group?

"Politics were difficult to get around. The home office was in France and there way of doing business is different then here in the states. ISO Procedures were changes pretty often so you would just get a procuedure going and it was changes ( frustrating ). They had a very rapid change of employees so you would get someone trained and they were gone. This is hard to expalin to your vendores and clients."
