"Harassment , verbal harassment ,sexual harassment, violent behavior by maintenance manager .Threats and aggressive acts daily by maintenance manager.Failure by company to remove harassment and violence in the workplace and allowing racial slurs and violence toward the minorities in the workplace"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"We are all the same and must be treated the same .As in any manufacturing environment there is always room for improvement.Listen to employees ideas and problems they face and take steps to alleviate issues. Simple implementation can eliminate accidental mislabeling and initiating all operators to check labels and packaging stops costly mistakes . Evaluate material handling and packaging . Investigate all areas where savings can be realized such as glue joints amounts and patterns. Handling of product, quality control all areas possible to realize potential cost savings."
