What do you like about working at ProHealth Partners?

"At the time, it gave me an opportunity to get settled, as I had just had a baby, and couldnt travel 100% as I had for IBM. At IMB, I could be gone 3 months at a time. I like to travel, but couldn't be gone for that length of time."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Get everything in writing. If you want to progress and and looking for a long term and fulfilling career, continue looking."

What don't you like about working at ProHealth Partners?

"There was little corporate structure or direction for the business. The company didn't try to negotiate lucrative contracts that were profitable. Most of the employees were friend of the owners, and had no qualification for the position they were in, for example, the HR director had no HR experience, and was a phys. ed major. I didn't see that the company was interested in growing to its highest potential, and was more of a hobby for the owners. I want to be an integral part of a company where they want to be aggressive and grow, with the goal being to be the best in their industry."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get the right people in the right places. follow a consistent steategy for growth. Set goals higher, and put emphasis on building profitable and correctly positioned relationships."
