"Love the experience working in one of the leading construction companies in the world. There is a lot to learn, and experience is well received if you promote yourself and show enthusiasm in your work. One con about being a project accountant is that there will be long working hours during busy seasons. It is important you do well, because project accountants are highly regarded in their accuracy and detail."

"The atmosphere lends to growth and allows people to make contributions to the overall processes. The people make the work enjoyable and the multiple tasks keep the work from being stagnant."

"Each potential employee should be aware of their strengths and faults and be willing to learn the processes of the company as a whole. A valuable employee will want to learn outside of their standard job and contribute to the company in every way possible."

"The compensation could be better, but I have shown my ability to make improvements and that would come with time."

"Management should realize that the people are the ultimate backbone of the company and understand the top to the bottom are all part of the process. Some employees could be valued more, but sometimes the work gets in the way of realizing some of the small things that actually make the company what it is today."
