"Nothing. It is a good company, I am just looking to increase my knowledge"

"It has a dynamic environment, ideas can come from any where and be easily adopted."

"Be yourself and think on your feet. The world can be oyster."
What don't you like about working at Sandvik?
"Nothing, a great place to work but I need to re-locate."

"Sometimes, we spend so much time focusing on problems that we miss the opportunities."

What do you like about working at Sears?
"I liked being on the road and meeting new people. I loved helping people remodel their homes and creating a new space for them and their family."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you don't have money in savings, I would not recommend this position."
What don't you like about working at Sears?
"The commission structure was inconsistent, and there was no reimbursement for phone or auto (minimal gas reimbursement). At the end, it cost me to work there."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"There needs to be a base salary in place along with an auto and phone allowance."
What do you like about working at Dell?
"I liked working with clients. Helping them solve issues with their computer systems."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Make sure the people doing the interviewing are up to speed about the position and they actually want to be there to do the interview. I have seen HR people who did not have a clue. It was a poorly managed interview."
What don't you like about working at Dell?
"I did not like having to recommend firing a person, although I would do so when necessary."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Make sure you are putting the right people in management. I find some people did not have a clue about managing people."
What do you like about working at WeSuite?
"it consists of around 8 employees and management members, a very friendly environment, a great place to learn and get appreciated."

"to be fast and stick to deadlines. work in parallel and enhance wrok flow."
What don't you like about working at WeSuite?
"Slow with employees matters to have it resolved. circulation is weak."

"Their friendly approach is what made me love and respect this place, they are moving on the right track."

"Make sure that you are confident and willing to dive deep in any projects that you are given."

"Strong growth, but many of the processes/systems are a bit outdated."

"Continue the great leadership, but also invest the time to find ways to improve efficiencies."
