"The back stabbing and the drama queens who infested the place. They felt the only way to get ahead was to pull someone down."

"The commute is far and there is not much room for growth or advancement."

"Do not hover over employees, but allow them to work at their jobs."

"Let employees take control and manage their projects as managers saw fit. Managers had freedom to do what that felt was necessary to get the job done."

"If you require hand-holding or a lot of structure, then you probably want to think about working for another company."

"I don't have any thing negative to say. Management was always there for their employees and tried to help in any way."

"The culture and environment were great for the ability to keep up with the latest proposal response trends."

"Be honest, expect long hours and the responsibilities of multiple people's jobs, and figure you will be working most nights and even weekends."

"I dislike the fact that they began laying off so many people in order to fix their bottom line. People did the work of 2-3 normal workers and they continued to cut."

"Management should communicate more closely with their teams and not be off doing God knows what and not be accountable."

"Some coworkers are great, and really want to help one another out."

"it may not be as bad as i've painted it, depending on the position. Interview your potential boss carefully to be sure you'll be happy, and don't expect a high tech kinda place."

"The company seems to be floundering around...perhaps even foundering. And it's dreadfully dull."
