"I liked the fact I was able to utilize my skills in a different sector of the automotive industry I wasn't accustomed to. So I was able to build upon my previous skills and experiences."

"Be open and honest with questions they asking of you. Be polite and courteous at all times."
What don't you like about working at Eaton?
"I didn't like the fact that the room for advancement was minimal and employee suggestions were not taken into account in the overall production process."

"Listen to what the employees have to say. They are the people out there making the products you are trying to deliver to the clientele."
