"I dislike bad attitudes. When suggestions are successful and result in better quality and significant cost savings, co-workers feel threatened and teamwork becomes negative. I also dislike only listening to certain persons when their decisions are costing the company money."

"Listen to all persons at all levels as base decisions from that information."

"Not a lot of job security, backlog and orders come in month to month."

"None, the company just does not have enough growth in their industry to provide security, they have a high turn-over rate for a small company. Almost 20% annually."
