What don't you like about working at General Motors?
"I dislike bad attitudes. When suggestions are successful and result in better quality and significant cost savings, co-workers feel threatened and teamwork becomes negative. I also dislike only listening to certain persons when their decisions are costing the company money."

"Listen to all persons at all levels as base decisions from that information."

"The people who work at the company and my role in quality systems."

"It's a big facility so relevant experience is necessary for the position applying for."

"Decision making was remote and at too high of a level."

"Develop a relevant strategy for improved cross functional operating mechanisms."

"Not a lot of job security, backlog and orders come in month to month."

"None, the company just does not have enough growth in their industry to provide security, they have a high turn-over rate for a small company. Almost 20% annually."

"Was a great job however it was too dependent on the economy so when 9/11 happend the doors almost closed laying off most of the talent"
