"Love the auto industry."

What don't you like about working at Ford Motor?

"Pushing products on customers who didn't need them. I don't believe in that theory whatsoever. I am strong at sales but I will sell to the person who needs or can benefit from the sale."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't believe you can make someone do something that is against their better judgement."
